ABOUT

Hi, I'm Audrey Fretz, creator of the Park Street, and the force behind the lens. I have been a photographer for over a decade, and I have a deep passion for capturing the beauty of life and living. Park Street and my photography was born out of my desire to express myself creatively outside of my nine-to-five and to connect with others who love beautiful design and thoughtful living. I had no idea that it would grow into something that connected me to so many amazing people and places.

I have collaborated with many amazing people, brands, and business owners over the years, but my passion exists in capturing moments that bring a feeling of calm, stillness, and authenticity. Whether it's families, portraits, a business campaign, or a lifestyle branding shoot, I love to take photographs that capture the heart.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my husband and our two cats in a restored 100-year-old home nestled against an enormous 622-acre park. In my free time, you’ll find me walking through forest trails, gardening, or cooking something delicious in the kitchen.

The Park Street Values:

-Communication: I love asking lots of questions and getting to know the people I work with on a personal level. I value communication, so following up at every step, guiding my clients through the process, and checking in early and often is important to me.

-Attention & Detail: From selecting locations, lighting, styling, and planning, every aspect of a photoshoot is carefully coordinated and curated to bring a vision to life. Very often I use collaborative inspiration boards to ensure that our ideas align, and I love the creative process of exchanging ideas.

-Passion & Authenticity: I embrace mistakes, messes, and happy-accidents as inevitable, so a good sense of humor and a quickness to laugh always helps. The joy I feel when I see my client’s satisfaction and happiness with the photographs we create is what keeps me coming back time and time again.

I find inspiration in simplicity, everyday moments, spending time in nature, collaborating with other creatives, travel, and the world of art and design. These experiences fuel my creativity and bring fresh perspectives to my work.

I cherish the relationships I build with my clients and approach each session with care. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, you can reach me here.

I can’t wait to connect with you.

Warmly,

Audrey
